Patient Appointment Cancellation Policy for Éclo Dental Care

  1. Life Happens – Let’s Talk!

    We totally get it – life can throw surprises at you! If something comes up and you need to cancel or reschedule, no worries. Just let us know at least 48 business hours in advance. You can either call us or cancel/reschedule online if it's ahead of time. This helps us keep things fair for all our patients and keep the clinic running smoothly.

    • 48 Business Hours Notice: If it's 48 business hours before your appointment, you can cancel or reschedule online. For anything closer, please call us directly so we can chat and help find another time that works for you.
    • Follow-Up Call: If you cancel and don't immediately reschedule, don’t worry—we'll call you to help set up a new appointment so you get the care you need.
  2. Missed Appointments

    • If you happen to forget an appointment, no big deal – it happens to the best of us! We’ll reach out to check in and make sure you’re okay, and we can help find another time that fits.
  3. Last-Minute Changes

    • Need to cancel last minute? We understand! Just let us know as soon as you can, and we’ll do our best to accommodate. We’re here to support you, and we appreciate any notice you can give.
  4. Waitlist Heroes

    • If you need an earlier spot, just let us know, and we’ll put you on our waitlist. If a spot opens up, we’ll be sure to give you a call!
